How Heart and Healing Meet
Healing Monarch Counseling and Wellness, PLLC specializes in helping women reconnect with their inner strength, set healthy boundaries, heal from past trauma, and rediscover peace and clarity. This is a space where you can feel empowered to move toward the life you’ve been longing for.
With counseling approaches that integrate Existential Therapy, Reality Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy within a client-centered framework, including space to honor spiritual values for those who wish to include them, clients move from simply surviving to truly thriving—with clarity, purpose, and hope.
Holly brings her heart to each session by drawing from her professional and personal life experiences to create a space that allows you to heal, grow, and thrive.
In addition to specializing in women’s mental health, Holly provides dedicated support for healthcare, public safety, and other helping professionals navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, exposure to crisis, and the challenge of balancing personal and professional demands.
Her professional experience spans physician practices, medical centers, collaborative-care settings, healthcare regulation, and work alongside healthcare, law enforcement, and regulatory professionals. Through nearly two decades in healthcare regulation, Holly gained insight into the demands carried by those responsible for caring for others, protecting the public, making high-stakes decisions, and working within complex systems.
Holly holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University and a Master of Public Administration from Appalachian State University. She remains dedicated to supporting the health, safety, and well-being of others through her counseling practice, professional leadership, and community involvement.
